Coating

Various constructions for a quality

Carrier

The selection of the carrier partly determines the eventual characteristics of the product.

Veritex uses woven fabrics, jersey and non-wovens, of which the basis consists of cotton, polyester, glass fibres or a mixture of these.

The carriers themselves consist of various bindings, thread/fibre thicknesses and weights. The carriers can also receive various finishes, such as bleaching, dying, water-resistance, etc.

Coating

The coating layer, both single and double-sided, is carried out in various thicknesses, consisting of the main groups of PVC/acrylics/silicones/PU.

The construction of the coating partly determines the colourfastness, weather resistance, fire resistance, suppleness, durability, etc.

Surface

The appearance and feel of the material is partly determined by the colour, texture, sheen, or a combination of these.

Some materials are finished (coating of lacquer) to achieve a particular gloss or feel or to protect the material against external influences.
